If you are planning to visit the Vipava Valley and there is more of you, we advise you to take the local tourist guide as only in this way you will fully get to know the valley. The tour guide will introduce you our villages and towns, the culture, the history but also the events and festivals taking place here.
The local tourist guiding is in the Municipality of Ajdovščina arranged with an act.

Local tourist guides are qualified for guiding on area from the village of Razdrto to the town of Nova Gorica, however, guiding could be provided in Slovene language and Vipava dialect as well as in German, Italian and English. Local tourist guiding could be arranged at the Tourist Information Centre Ajdovščina (Telephone No.: +368 5 365 9140) or you can contact the section of the local tourist guides working within the Tourist Association Ajdovščina.
